Trošt homestead is located in the first village you pass through on your way down from Razdrto towards Vipava, which is Podnanos or Šembid, as the locals call it.
Our grapes are processed in a dedicated processing room, where we have modern fermentation tanks with all the necessary equipment for blending and cooling the mash.
After a long maceration (3-6 weeks), all the wines go into a stone cellar, where they are aged in wooden and inox containers. To allow the wine to mature at as constant a temperature as possible, the cellar was completely buried in the ground.

Wine tastings are available by arrangement and private parties are welcome for various occasions. We offer various gift packages with our wines for personal or corporate gifts.
We can also organise tours of the vineyards and the many cultural attractions that our region boasts.
The farm is included in the Vipava Wine Route project.
